The team
Four people. No bench.
Three MBA qualified strategists with C-suite and board experience, and a product designer. The people you meet are the people who do the work, and every hour on your invoice is attributed to one of them by name.

Diverse enough to argue
A finance leader, a commercial operator, a strategist and a designer will not agree about a problem. That is the point. The solution think tank in the Design phase works because the four perspectives genuinely differ, and the recommendation that survives all four is a better one than any of us would have written alone.
It also means an engagement does not stop at the recommendation. The same team that models the scenario can build the report, design the interface and run the programme office.
The person who presents the findings is the person who did the analysis.
