Who is responsible

FourPhase Consulting is the controller of any personal information you send us. For any question about this notice, contact us at hello@fourphase.com.au.

What this website collects

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking of any kind, and loads nothing from a third party except its typefaces, which are served by Google Fonts. Standard server logs are kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability, and we do not use them to identify visitors.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form does not submit to a server. It opens a message in your own email application, pre-filled with what you typed. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in your own email client, and this website stores no copy.

When you do send an enquiry we receive your name, your email address, and whatever else you chose to include.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us
• To understand the context of your organisation so the reply is useful, on the same basis
• To arrange and deliver work, on the basis of performing a contract or taking steps to enter one

Sharing

We do not sell personal information, do not share it for marketing, and do not transfer it outside Australia beyond the ordinary operation of our email provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once the conversation has ended. Records relating to engagements are kept for as long as tax and professional obligations require.

Your rights

Under Australian privacy law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action it. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Documents, models and reports produced during an engagement are governed by the engagement itself, not by this notice.
