Phase 03 · Delivery of recommendations

Execute

The design leaves the page. You choose how much of the delivery we carry, from a handover guide your team runs to us running the programme.

Objectives

What this phase is for

  • Take the design out and implement it
  • Align the end game with the means actually available
  • Manage the execution so the plan survives contact with the business
Phase 03 of four. Every engagement starts at Understand unless you already have the problem written down and agreed.

Method

How we work through it

We use what the problem needs. Nothing here is run for the sake of having run it.

Know-how guide

A written implementation handbook. Your team delivers, we stay reachable.

Light touch PMO

Governance, cadence and reporting from us; delivery from your people.

Full PMO

We run the programme, hold the plan and report into your board or exec.

Agile or traditional

Chosen to fit how the organisation already works, not imposed on it.

Financial analysis in flight

Tracking spend and benefit against the model as the work lands, not after it.

Outputs

What you get

  • A recommendation rollout handbook, at minimum
  • Governance, reporting cadence and a plan that is maintained rather than filed
  • Change delivered against the agreed scope, at the level of support you selected
  • Escalation routes agreed up front, so problems surface early

Who is involved

A named delivery lead from us, matched to the work, plus your own project resource. Duration is set by the plan, not by us.

The decision point

You can stop here

Execute is the only phase where the level of help is a genuine dial. Most engagements start at the guide or light touch level and step up only if the programme proves it needs it.

How each phase is scoped & priced

The rest of the model

The other three phases

Phase 01

Understand

We listen, then we prove we heard you. The phase ends with the problem written down in a form you recognise and would defend in front of your board.

Phase 02

Design

Options, not an option. Costed at three budget levels and sequenced short, mid and long term, so the choice you make is a real choice.

Phase 04

Review

Did it do what it was designed to do? We measure the return, capture the learning, and say plainly what we would do differently.
